NEEDLES n° 5 ½ mm;
A round pointed yarn needle for seaming and a sharp pointed needle for weaving in the ends.
The blanket is constructed from 5 long strips that are knit separately then joined using 4 vertical seams. (see the schematics for each numbered band) REMARK: chart A is for the red squares and chart B for the green squares. Note each chart starts with 2 knit rows which makes 1 garter ridge.
